Orphan Sponsorship
A global sponsorship program helping orphaned children find safety and peace, live stable and successful lives, and prepare them for the future, while easing the burden on mothers and families.
Where we work
We currently sponsor more than 110 orphans in Gaza, Palestine, and Cairo, Egypt.
Our target
We aim to double the number of sponsored orphans in the upcoming year, InshaAllah.
How it works
- Fill out the form and choose the orphan's location.
- Receive your selected orphan's details from us.
- Get a friendly reminder 3 days before your contribution date.
- Have your sponsorship delivered to the orphan between the 26th and 30th of each month.
- Receive a receipt confirming the orphan got their sponsorship.
- Get a yearly report about the orphan's progress.

Why it matters
The need today
UNICEF reported in November 2025 that more than 58,000 children in Gaza had lost one or both parents. Its 2026 Child-Focused Assessment found that 92% of children without parental care were living with relatives, while extended families were often emotionally and financially overstretched. In UNICEF's July 2026 situation report, nearly nine in ten children consulted said they needed psychosocial support.
The impact we can make
Orphan Sponsorship provides consistent, direct support to sponsored children and helps ease some of the financial burden carried by the mothers and families caring for them. Through regular sponsorship, progress updates, and a focus on each child's development, AIC aims to help children experience greater stability and continue growing, learning, and preparing for their future.
Contribution
100% of sponsorship contribution goes directly to the sponsored child.
