How it works
A — One-time Contribution:
If we already have your information from a previous participation and you want to make a General Aid contribution without registering for a specific project, you can skip filling out the form. Please send an e-transfer directly to [email protected], and make sure to include the purpose of your contribution in the e-transfer message section.
B — Recurring Contribution:
- Fill out the form and choose the beneficiary's location and the field of contribution.
- For recurring contributions, get a friendly reminder 3 days before your contribution date.
- Have your contribution delivered to the beneficiary between the 22nd and 30th of each month.
- Receive a receipt confirming the beneficiary got the contribution.
Why it matters
The need today
Humanitarian needs are rarely limited to one category. The World Food Programme reports that 1.4 million people in Gaza — about two-thirds of the population — are experiencing crisis or worse levels of acute food insecurity. In its 28 August 2026 humanitarian report, OCHA estimated that 1.98 million people, or 94% of Gaza's population, require shelter assistance and essential non-food items, while critical shortages of medicines, medical supplies, and laboratory reagents continue to strain health services.
The impact we can make
General Aid gives AIC the flexibility to respond to a verified need rather than limiting support to one category. Depending on the beneficiary's circumstances, a contribution may support medical care, education, food, clothing, or another essential need. This approach helps maintain a clear connection between the verified need, the contribution, and the beneficiary receiving it.
